RefundDock

How a RefundDock audit works

Clear steps, clear evidence, and a fee only when money is actually credited to you.

Free audits open at launch   How it works

1. Upload an invoice

A recent UPS or FedEx invoice or shipment export in CSV, Excel or PDF. We never ask for carrier passwords or bank credentials.

2. We audit it

Shipments are normalized and checked against published carrier rules. Today the checks cover: duplicate billing, billing for a label that was never handed to the carrier, address-correction charges where nothing was corrected, Additional Handling charges where no size or weight trigger is met, and billed weight above every derivable billable weight. FedEx checks are on; UPS automated checks are not enabled yet and a person reviews UPS files. Service-failure refund checks and residential-classification checks are not built yet.

3. Findings you can verify

For each item you see why it was flagged, the rule and source, expected versus actual amounts, the dollar difference, our confidence, the evidence and the filing deadline. Items start as potential. They become verified eligible only after review.

4. You authorize

We pursue nothing without your explicit, written authorization. You choose what to pursue.

5. You file, with our evidence pack

For each item you authorize we prepare a claim pack: the evidence, the carrier rule and the filing deadline. By default you file it in your own carrier account and record the confirmation in your dashboard, and we track the outcome. Filing by us on your behalf is not offered until the carriers confirm in writing that it is allowed.

6. 20% of credits actually received

When the carrier applies a credit to your account as a result of an item we identified and you authorized, we invoice 20% of that credited amount, whoever filed the claim. You keep the rest. Denied, pending or reversed claims cost you nothing.

No guarantee of any particular credit amount is made. Many audits find little; the audit is free either way.

Free audits are not open yet. They open at launch.

Our fee is 20% of credits the carrier actually applies to your account. If there are no credits, you pay nothing.
