Terms of service

These terms are offered by RefundDock, a trade name of Blake Bovenkamp, sole proprietor, Washington (the "operator"). They cover the free audit and website. Any paid work is governed by a separate written service agreement and authorization that you must accept before we prepare any claim for you.

Free audit

The audit is free and creates no obligation. Results are informational and are not a guarantee of any credit.

Your responsibilities

Upload only files you are entitled to share. Do not upload carrier credentials or bank details.

No guarantee

Carrier decisions are outside our control. Findings are potential until verified, and credits are issued only by the carrier.

Fees

There is no fee for the audit. If you authorize us to prepare claims, our fee is 20% of credits actually applied by the carrier, as defined in the service agreement.

RefundDock is not affiliated with UPS or FedEx.
